Transformer

4、Monthly check whether the auxiliary circuit terminals and connectors are solid and reliable.

5、Monthly check whether it is in normal working condition and whether the signal indication is accurate. Check whether the DC screen animal battery is normal,

Check the liquid level and measure the specific gravity when necessary.

6、Annually clean up the plastic washing line inside and outside the cabinet with dust and dirt and tighten the wire connection bolts. Check the aging of the lead wire.

Motor and start control cabinet, power distribution box

1、Check daily:

A. Whether the motor of the plastic washing line is running normally and whether there is any strange noise;

B. Whether the motor shell temperature is normal;

C. Whether the instrument and indicator on the starting control cabinet are normal;

D、Start the standby motor, test run for about 5 minutes, and check if there are any abnormalities.

2、Weekly inspection:
