MS Series Plastic Pallets Pe Film Shredder Machine
The MS range of single shaft shredders is a model developed specifically for recycling companies with large scrap plastics processing capabilities. This range of single shaft shredders is equipped with a powerful, adjustable hydraulic propeller. The design prevents material clogging and reduces wear and tear on the internal guides. The shredder is equipped with an ACERETECH effective V-rotor with a diameter of 450 mm and a width range of 1000 mm to 2000 m. The hydraulic workstation is tightly integrated into the shredder chamber, saving space and protecting the hydraulic station for easy replacement and maintenance. The design of the standard V-rotor, the equipped cutters and holders as well as the external bearings and hydraulic screen holders have been approved by the customer and have received good feedback. the MS series shredders can be further adapted to the design to suit the customer's waste processing requirements. Customers can choose from cooling systems, rotor surface hardening treatments and other anti-wear devices.

The size of the screen can be determined according to the crushed material and the requirements of the next processing step.

SHREDDER SPINDLES
