HS Series Patented Single Shaft Hard Plastic Recycling Shredder With Brand Motor
HS series is big sized single shaft shredder with large internal volume. The redesigned hydraulic pusher not only improves the power transmission and pushing speed, but also effectively avoids the occurrence of material blocking and the wear of the internal guide rails. This specially designed device creates about 35% more space in the cutting chamber. This series shredder adopts high-efficiency V type rotor design. The minimum width of the rotor is 1200mm, the maximum width is 2000mm, and the rotation diameter is 560mm. The rotor is driven by an oversized gearbox. The low speed of 85rpm ensures smooth running with high torque. The hydraulic station is tightly integrated with the shredder chamber, which saves space and protects the hydraulic station. It is also easy to replace and maintain. The whole machine is welded by a special welding process, which can greatly improve the stability of the whole machine and can effectively prevent splashing. At the same time, the HS series has all the advantages of other shredders, including the special design of rotor knives and knife holders, external bearings, and convenient and advanced intelligent control systems.
