GP Series Pvc Profile Pipe Crusher With Two-Year Warranty
The GP series of pipe and profile granulators are available with rotor widths up to 700mm and diameters ranging from 560 to 700mm. The fully welded heavy-duty steel cutting chamber is inclined and equipped with an extension hopper for easy part feeding. The standard V-cut produces a high quality regrind with a very low percentage of fines in the output material. Applications
Conventional pelletizers have major problems when dealing with long pipes and profiles. In most cases, cavities or platforms are required in order to feed large and bulky parts. Therefore, ACERETECH has developed the GP series. Thanks to the almost horizontal feeding funnel, long parts can be easily fed. When the machine is running, there is no risk of clogging. If clogging occurs, the machine will no longer accept material until the grinding chamber becomes empty and the machine will accept material again and continue working.
