Treatment: Check whether the main motor circuit of the plastic pelletizing machine is connected, and turn on the power. Check the temperature display of each section. Confirm the preheating temperature rise time, check whether each heater has been damaged or has poor contact, and exclude.

Reasons for venting material

If the vent bubble material, then the reason is: the raw materials are not clean enough with impurities. The feeding speed is too fast to make the screw extrusion instability. The plasticization temperature is not enough to screw extrusion into the problem.

Treatment: clean the raw materials and plastic pelletizing machine. Reduce the amount of feed to make plasticizing stable screw extrusion smooth. Increase the plasticizing temperature (the temperature should not be too high, to prevent burning plastic, affecting the quality of production).

The main motor rotates, but the screw does not turn cause
