The HS series is a large single shaft pulverizer with large internal volume. The redesigned hydraulic thruster not only increases the power transfer and propulsion speed, but also effectively avoids the occurrence of material clogging and internal guide wear. This specially designed unit creates approximately 35% more space in the cutting chamber. This series of shredders is designed with a highly efficient V-shaped rotor. The rotor has a minimum width of 1200mm, a maximum width of 2000mm and a rotating diameter of 560mm. the rotor is driven by an oversized gearbox. the low speed of 85rpm ensures smooth operation with high torque.The hydraulic station is tightly integrated into the shredder chamber, saving space and protecting the hydraulic station. It is also easy to replace and maintain. The whole machine is welded with special welding process, which can greatly improve the stability of the whole machine and can effectively prevent splash. At the same time, HS series has all the advantages of other shredders, including special design of rotor knife and knife holder, external bearing and convenient and advanced intelligent control system.
The HS series shredders are designed to meet the waste recycling requirements of various industries, including bulk materials, pipes, films, woven bags and various electronic cable scrap, ICB drums, waste paper, waste wood and various organic materials.

SHREDDER SPINDLE
