Belt Conveyor

We provide transportation of plastic materials such as film, filament, raffia. Our haul-off rollers are optional if you want to feed film into the compactor. The feeding speed is automatically adjusted by the frequency converter according to the fullness of the compactor.

Metal Detectors

If a metal detector detects metal in the material, a warning will be issued and the belt conveyor will be stopped.

Compaction Machine

The curved plate introduces the material into the extruder. The compactor combines preheating, pre-drying and size reduction to ensure a fast and stable feeding process.

Rotating And Fixed Blades

The rotating and fixed blades cut the material into small pieces. Frictional heating from the high speed rotating blades causes the sheet to overheat and shrink.

Single-Screw Extruders

Our unique single-screw extruders gently plasticize and homogenize materials. Our bimetallic extruders offer good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long service life.

Double Vacuum Degassing Zone

With double vacuum degassing zone, volatile substances (such as micro-molecules and moisture) will be effectively removed to improve the quality of the particles, especially for heavy printed materials.

Non-Stop Piston Filter

*Easy to use, no need to stop: Easy and quick screen change without stopping the running machine.

Back Flush Filter

Black flush filter technology works by guiding clean melt to flow from the back of the screen to clean the small surface area of the screen. Due to the small surface area of the screen to be washed, high-speed cleaning can be realized at the screen, so as to achieve the best cleaning efficiency.

Automatic Strand Pelletizer

The materials will be pushed out from die section and moved into the pelletizer by water through automatically.

Manual Strand Pelletizer

The materials will be pushed out from die section and cooled by water. The air knife dried the materials. Then the materials will be cutted by strand pelletizer.

Dry System

* Advanced dewatering vibrosieve and horizontal centrifugal present high drying performance and low energy consumption.

* Assemble sieves: The sieves are installed and fixed by screws instead of welding, so you can change the sieves easily in the future.

Packing System

Final qualified granules will be blowed into and storaged in our storage silo.
