Ninth, the protective net safety device of the plastic crusher should be kept intact and should be checked frequently during the working process. If it is damaged, it should be stopped immediately. Tenth, the loader tail protection and other safety devices must be kept intact. Eleventh, when moving the loader, the floating coal and floating gangue on the tail, both sides of the body and under the bridge must be cleared; the cables, water pipes and oil pipes should be protected and hung neatly; the lane support should be checked to ensure safety. The loader should be moved under the same conditions; the traveling trolley and the tailstock of the belt conveyor should be in good contact without deviation, and the lap joint should be good after repositioning to prevent large pieces of plastic from smashing the tape and ensure the smooth flow of coal; after the loader is moved, the head and tail should be kept flat, straight and stable, and the jacking bar should be retracted.
