AWS-PET Pet Plastic Bottle Recycling Machine For Various Plastic Packaging Recycling
It is well known that PET bottle recycling is the most important part of plastic recycling today, and ACERETECH has been focusing on PET recycling research for many years.
Usually we have the following steps to deal with a complete PET bottle, sorting → crushing → washing → drying.
PET waste bottles are dirty and must be rigorously cleaned to remove oil, dust and other debris before they are granulated.In addition, discarded PET bottles often come with attachments such as caps, labels, and bottom holders, as they are often made of PP/PE and other materials and are therefore not compatible with PET.
Therefore, during the recycling and granulation of waste PET bottles, these accessories must be sorted separately.

Bottles and sorting system
Advanced use PET particles require precise recycling solutions.In the pretreatment of the front end, we choose high quality bottles.Remove sand, wood, and other impurities.
Crusher
Higher production and lower power consumption due to the optimal geometry of the rotor and cutting chamber;
Optimal rotor tool installation for heavy duty applications and high cutting power;
Cut quality is better (particle shape) and noise levels are lower due to precise cut clearance and optimal rotor design.
Washing line
The ACERETECH cleaning process includes preconditioning, caustic cleaning, and thermal cleaning to ensure optimal availability of clean sheets for high quality applications (fiber, film, injection mold).
Using ACERETECH cleaning technology, the cleaning effect is excellent.
