The ASE series single screw extrusion pelletizing system is a professional and reliable system for recycling and regranulation operations of rigid plastic scrap.
It combines plasticizing and pelletizing functions and is ideally suited for crushing recycled material or flakes from PE/PP/ABS/PS/HIPS/PC etc.
The ASE single screw extrusion line produces a granular/granular end product that can be fed directly into the line for blown film, pipe extrusion and plastic injection, etc.

Product Description

The ASE Economic Pp Pe Waste Plastic Film Granulating is an economical plastic recycling granulator with high working efficiency and energy saving. This granulator is mainly used in the recycling of pp pe waste film. This pelletizing line can reduce a lot of waste gas pollution, and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.

Product Summary

The ASE Economic Pp Pe Waste Plastic Film Granulating is a high efficient and energy saving economical plastic recycling granulator.It is used as a processing PP/PE/ABS/PS/PVB/PA and other rigid plastics flake, regrind and crush plastic regranulation.In order to ensure the quality of particle recovery, we have made six product models of this machine for different outputs.

Feeding

>>> For automatic feeding of plastic flakes, screw feeders and screw loaders are equipped with ASE single screw extruders.

>>> As a standard design, the plastic flakes are fed from the screw loader to the screw feeder. We can also install magnetic frames in the screw loader storage bin to prevent the material from containing metals.

>>> Feeding motor is controlled by ABB/Schneider frequency converter. Level sensor installed in the hopper of the screw feeder for automatic feeding.

Plasticizing and Degassing

>>> Specialized single-screw extruders are suitable for gentle.

Melting of crushed plastic chips. Capacity range from 150-1000kg/h.

>>> Extrusion section consists of high torque gear box, motor, screw barrel, vacuum degassing system.

>>> Ceramic heater is installed on the barrel as standard heater to heat and melt plastic scrap, and blower to cool the barrel. Optional infrared heater is available, easy to disassemble and install, fast heating speed and energy saving. More efficient heat transfer. Longer service life. Lower energy, higher output capacity.

Melt Filtration

>>> Plate type screen changer for low MFI materials such as HDPE pipe sheets, no downtime, low cost, screen changer diameter range from 120mm to max 400mm.

>>> Piston type screen changer with filter area up to 3000cm2 for industrial waste plastics recycling.

>>> SCF screenless filter, no need to replace the screen, automatic discharge of impurities, continuous working system with high efficiency.

PELLETIZING SYSTEM

>>> For different materials and different usage scenarios, we can provide you different pelletizing systems.

>>> Die-face water ring pelletizing system set as the standard granulating method in ASE system. Pneumatic device to control the blades well touched on the die plate to ensure uniform pellets. RPM of rotatory blades is automatic based on melt extruding pressure.
