ACSS High Quality Plastic Granulator Machine Line

The ACS series compaction pelletizing system integrates crushing, compaction, plasticizing and pelletizing for the plastics recycling pelletizing process. The ACS system is a reliable and efficient solution for the regranulation of plastic films, raffia, filaments, bags, woven sacks and foams.
The acs system produces a final product in pellet/granule form that can be fed directly into the line for blown film, pipe extrusion and plastic injection.

ACSS High Quality Plastic Granulator Machine Line

In order to meet the market demand, ACERETECH Technology has developed and launched an environmentally friendly three-in-one plastic pelletizing and recycling machine - ACSS two-stage extrusion press pelletizing machine.

Unlike traditional pelletizing lines, this ACSS intelligent plastic recycling pelletizer focuses more on protecting the physical properties of environmentally friendly plastics and is able to maintain the plasticity, toughness and durability of the original environmentally friendly plastics as much as possible.

Machine working process:

The equipment includes belt conveyor / haul-off feeding device, compactor, single screw extruder with dual zone vacuum degassing system, filter, vacuum degassing system, secondary extruder, secondary filter, water ring pelletizing system / underwater pelletizing / water stranding pelletizing system / underwater strip pulling pelletizing system, dryer, product silo and electric control cabinet control system.

By fully understanding the characteristics of different plastic materials and modular design, the ACSS pelletizer optimizes the size reduction and preheating process in the compactor to avoid overheating or degradation. And through precise temperature control and optimized plasticizing design, it ensures reliable plastic pellet quality.

Feeding and Compaction

Coil edge material with optional coil traction device.

Feeding speed automatically.

Rotating blades of the compactor will shred the incoming scrap.

Frictional heating dries and compacts the material.

Direct feeding from the compactor to the extruder.

Sliding door makes it possible to handle film and hard scrap.

Extrusion and Degassing

>>> Specialized single-screw extruders.

Equipped with high torque gearboxes of integrated design.

36D to 42D processing section for gentle melting of plastics.

Bimetallic screw and barrel ensure twice the usual service life.

>>> Dual-zone vacuum degassing system

Dual-zone degassing for efficient removal of volatiles.

Equipped with vacuum tank for storing impurities, small molecules or oil stains in the exhaust gas.

Second Stage Extruder

>>> With this second stage extruder, you will implement another vacuum degassing system between the two stages of extrusion, which removes most of the high printing from the material. In addition, you will have another filtration system at the end of the second stage extruder, which facilitates the recovery of highly contaminated material.

MELT FILTRATION
