These days we have installed a pelletizing machine in the Dominican Republic with our exclusive agent in Central America, MITSA. The machine is suitable for PP, PE film and regrinding, model ACS-H 300/80, designed to produce 150-220kg/hour, but with the help of our local technicians, who adjusted the parameters according to their experience, they were able to obtain 315kg/H.
The customer, named Plastidom, specializes in the manufacture of blow molded, injection molded, flexible and thermoformed plastics.
It is worth mentioning that after a full cooperation between Aceretech and MITSA, this Plasdidom machine is already the 15th one installed since 2020 and includes a series of recycling machines: mills, crushers, washing lines and pelletizers.
Our local service not only installs the machines, but also trains the customer's operators to ensure that the operators fully understand the machines they have purchased and know how to work at full capacity.
