Product construction, while also taking into account the surface coloring of components, has reduced the amount of external adhesives used to control plastic additives by using recycled process parts and additional components.
2. Biodegradation Research and development of biodegradation has become a research hotspot in the world's plastics processing industry. Researchers want to develop a plastic that can degrade in a microbial environment to deal with the large amount of single-use plastics in farmland, forests and oceans, especially mulch and multi-packaging waste. The goal of the research is to develop a plastic that will retain its name during use and that, once used up, can be broken down by microorganisms in the environment, thus entering the ecological cycle entirely. At the same time, this plastic would be relatively cheap and economical to produce. If it is such a biodegradable plastic, then it can be composted with ordinary bio-waste after use without expensive collection, sorting and recycling costs. In addition, the decomposition products enter the ecological cycle without causing waste of resources. In the research and development of biodegradable plastics, countries around the world have invested a lot of money and manpower in the research. The plastics processing industry generally believes that biodegradable plastics are a new technological issue in the 21st century.
Fifth, With the closing of the 19th National Congress and the rise of the waste plastic recycling industry, the construction of ecological civilization and ecological environmental protection have been the key deployment tasks. In the next few years, the green economy will usher in unprecedented development opportunities. With the increasing amount of waste plastics, the waste plastics recycling industry will become an important chapter of the green economy. The national government has already started the layout, such as domestic waste classification, recycling station layout and other formalized recycling systems have been introduced and implemented.
