AWS-PET Plastic Recycling Machine Pet With Many Patent Certificates
It is well known that PET bottle recycling is the most important part of plastic recycling today, and ACERETECH has focused on PET recycling for many years.
Usually we have the following steps to process the complete PET bottles, sorting → crushing → washing → drying.
PET waste bottles are dirty and must undergo a rigorous washing process to remove oil, dust and other debris before pelletizing. In addition, waste PET bottles usually come with accessories such as caps, labels and bottom holders, which are not compatible with PET because they are usually made of PP/PE and other materials. Therefore, these accessories must be sorted separately during the recycling and pelletizing process of used PET bottles.

PET pellets for advanced applications require precise recycling solutions. In the front-end pre-treatment, we select high quality bottles. Removal of sand, wood and other impurities.
Crusher
Higher productivity and lower power consumption due to the optimal geometry of the rotor and cutting chamber.
Optimal rotor knife mounting for heavy duty applications and high cutting power.
Better cut quality (particle shape) and lower noise level due to precise cutting clearance and optimal rotor design.
Washing line
The ACERETECH cleaning process includes pretreatment, caustic cleaning and post-heat cleaning to ensure optimal availability of cleaned flakes for high quality applications (fibers, films, injection molds).
Excellent cleaning results with ACERETECH cleaning technology.
